The Saipan Garment Manufacturers Association (SGMA) hereby announces this listing of its Members In Good Standing for Year 2005. These ratings are based upon compliance with the SGMA Code of Conduct, as evaluated by PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000, Global Social Compliance in 2001, and in adherence to the SGMA Articles and By-Laws.

The U.S. Labor-Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Saipan Garment Manufacturers Association (SGMA) formed a limited partnership agreement in the interest of achieving enhanced and voluntary workplace safety and health. This is through the establishment of monitored and maintained safety and health programs that require an executive commitment and a commitment to develop a formal safety and health program. The following SGMA Members have received notification by OSHA that they have qualified after baseline verification inspections:
